Client Success Manager

No Boundaries Marketing Group was founded on the basis of simplifying the marketing and advertising game for small to medium-sized businesses. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Understand and translate customer business goals into successful marketing strategies.
  • Assist customers to navigate the technical aspects of the onboarding process, including the implementation of Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and more with our proprietary dashboard and client’s website.
  • Identify and drive efficiency in the onboarding and project management process by developing best practices and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
  • Schedule monthly meetings with clients to discuss reporting, strategy, and future goals.
  • Efficiently answer and respond to client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, our products, and client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Audit project tasks to ensure vendors are meeting key service level agreements.
  • Develop key visuals and creatives for clients including social media posts, banner ads, website graphics, promotional material, and more.
  • Analyze trends to determine campaign success and areas of opportunity.
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to clients and internal staff.
  • Utilize social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote our products and services and grow our audience engagement, website traffic and revenue.
  • Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
  • Keep up to date with developments, technologies, and trends relative to the Company’s products and services.

Requirements:

  • Complete assigned daily and monthly account CRM tasks/audits.
  • Successfully onboard new clients per timelines listed in the company Training Guide.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 1 business day.
  • Provide constructive feedback on vendor performance to identify areas of opportunity and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure timely completion of all project tasks and inquiries.
  • Ensure all project tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of a 4 out of 5 on each customer survey.
  • Pass 4 out of 5 monthly account audits.
  • Document all client communications in CRM.
  • Complete a monthly strategy meeting with assigned clients every month.
Client Relationship Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, pursue, and close new business.
  • Competently articulate and present our marketing and advertising services to small and medium sized business owners.
  • Create and conduct customer presentations, proposals and demonstration over the phone, in-person, and virtually.
  • Work with internal staff to effectively coordinate all aspects of the sale from start to finish.
  • Successfully work with the Client Success Manager to manage the client relationship and set proper expectations.
  • Attend regularly scheduled client meetings.
  • Utilize CRM (Zoho) effectively and efficiently recording allsales activity
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients
  • Efficiently answer and respond to client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Utilize social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote our products and services and grow our audience engagement, website traffic and revenue.
  • Engage with influencers, manage online community; experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram are required.
  • Develop and purify lead lists for future prospecting.
  • Proactively work with local business associations and Chambers of Commerce to promote our products and services.
  • Attend local community events and trade shows to build awareness of our products and services.

Goals:

  • Successfully complete 5 revenue generating meetings per week. (Phone, Virtual, or In-person).
  • Prospect 500-800 new sales leads per month and record all sales activities in the CRM through a combination of prospecting calls, emails, and social media messages.
  • Successfully onboard new clients per timelines listed in the company Training Guide.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 1 business day.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure timely completion of all project tasks and inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of a 9 out of 10 on each customer survey.
  • Maintain an 85% client retention rate.
  • Successfully onboard 4 new clients per month.
  • Complete 1 check-in call per month with each assigned client.
