Our Process

No Boundaries Marketing Group

Built on Strategy. Backed by Data. Powered by Experience.

At No Boundaries Marketing Group, we believe great marketing starts with one thing: data. Before we ever brainstorm a tagline or suggest an ad campaign, we dig into the numbers. Why? Because marketing isn’t a guessing game—it’s a strategic plan built on consumer behavior, market demand, and proven methods. When we start on the right foot, we build campaigns that deliver actual ROI—not just buzzwords.

Why Experience Matters

Let’s be honest: today, a lot of agencies are handing over their strategy and client communications to AI. Yeah, we said it. They’ve swapped experience and intuition for “plug-and-play” automation. But your business isn’t generic—and your marketing shouldn’t be either.
At No Boundaries, you get real humans with real marketing experience who know how to interpret data, uncover opportunity, and actually speak your language. We’ve been in the trenches. We’ve seen trends rise, algorithms crash, and digital landscapes evolve—and we’re still here delivering results. That’s not something a robot can do (at least not well).

Step 1: Access to Key Platforms

To lay the foundation for a high-performing marketing strategy, we need access to several key platforms. These tools give us the data we need to audit your current performance, track progress, optimize campaigns, and ultimately drive real business results. Here’s a breakdown of what each platform does and why it’s essential to your success:

Google Business Profile (GBP)

What it is:
Your Google Business Profile is the single most important factor in local search visibility. It controls how your business shows up on Google Maps and in the local 3-pack of search results.

Why we need it:
We use this platform to optimize your business listing with accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone), service areas, hours, photos, services, and more. This ensures you’re found when local customers search for your services. We also monitor and respond to reviews, post regular updates, and track insights like calls, directions, and clicks.

What it is:
Google Analytics is a comprehensive tool that tracks how visitors find, interact with, and behave on your website. It records everything from page views to bounce rates to conversion goals.

Why we need it:
Access to Analytics helps us understand how users are interacting with your site, where your traffic is coming from (organic search, social, paid ads, etc.), and which pages are driving conversions. This allows us to pinpoint what’s working, fix what’s not, and make data-driven decisions about your marketing strategy.

What it is:
Search Console is Google’s platform for monitoring your website’s performance in search results. It shows keyword rankings, indexing issues, and potential website errors.

Why we need it:
We use Search Console to track which keywords your website ranks for, how your pages appear in search, and if Google is encountering any technical issues crawling your site. It also provides data on clicks, impressions, and average rankings—key metrics for evaluating SEO success and making tactical improvements.

What it is:
Yelp is a major directory and review platform, especially important for service-based and location-based businesses.

Why we need it:
Yelp profiles often rank well in search results and can influence buying decisions. We optimize your listing for keyword relevance, monitor reviews, and ensure all your business details are consistent with other directories. Regular monitoring of this profile helps us maintain your online reputation and correct misinformation.

What it is:
Bing Places is Microsoft’s version of Google Business Profile, and it powers local search results on Bing and voice assistants like Cortana and Alexa.

Why we need it:
While Google dominates, Bing still controls roughly 8-10% of the search engine market. That might not seem like much—but it can account for hundreds of potential customers monthly. We’ll optimize your listing to expand your visibility across all major search engines.

What it is:
Google Ads is the platform for running pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Search, Display Network, YouTube, and more.

Why we need it:
If you already have campaigns running, we need access to evaluate their performance, clean up any inefficiencies, and adjust targeting, budget allocation, and ad copy. If you’re not running ads yet, we’ll use your historical data to shape a strategy that converts.

What it is:
Meta Business Suite allows agencies to manage your Facebook and Instagram pages, run paid ads, access insights, and respond to customer engagement all in one place.

Why we need it:
Social media isn’t just about posting pretty pictures—it’s a powerful tool for building community, generating leads, and staying top-of-mind. We’ll manage organic content, track ad campaigns, and optimize engagement strategies to make sure your brand is showing up consistently.

Step 2: Create a Marketing Gmail

To streamline directory submissions and account creation across platforms like Local.com, Superpages, and other citation sites, we ask you to create a Gmail account specifically for marketing.

Why it matters:

Many online directories require unique logins and email verification. Having one central Gmail for all marketing activities helps us keep everything organized and prevents issues with duplicate listings, lost credentials, or inconsistent business info.

Example: [email protected]

Once created:

Step 3: Provide Website Access

In order to optimize, update, and monitor your website performance, we need access to several parts of your web infrastructure:

Domain Access (URL)

What it is: Your domain is the web address people use to find your site—like yourbusiness.com. It’s typically managed through a registrar such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Google Domains.

Why we need it: We may need to update DNS records, verify listings, or resolve technical issues during setup.

How to Delegate Access on GoDaddy
Grant access to: [email protected]

What it is: Hosting is where your website files and database live. Think of it as the hard drive that powers your website.

Why we need it: Hosting access is critical for performance tuning, security updates, and troubleshooting backend issues. We may also need access to cPanel or FTP for advanced edits.

What it is: This is the platform used to build and manage your website content. Common examples include WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and Webflow.

Why we need it: We’ll be optimizing your on-site SEO, improving load speeds, updating content, and ensuring your site is conversion-focused.
For Wix and Squarespace, you can invite us as a collaborator or admin.

Step 4: Your Onboarding Meeting: Where Strategy Begins

Once we’ve secured access to all your key platforms—Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console, Meta, Yelp, and more—we move into one of the most critical steps in our journey together: the Onboarding Meeting.

This isn’t just a formality. It’s where the magic starts.

We bring our best and brightest to the table—our strategists, content creators, analysts, and digital architects—so we can start building your customized marketing game plan. This meeting is designed to dig deep, ask the right questions, and develop a clear roadmap that aligns with your business goals, brand voice, and target audience.

At No Boundaries Marketing Group, we pride ourselves on understanding what makes each of our clients unique. Cookie-cutter campaigns aren’t our style. We want to know what drives your business, what success looks like for you, and how we can help get you there. That’s why our onboarding process is detailed—and yes, a little in-depth. But trust us, it’s worth it.

To help us prepare and make the most of our time together, we ask that you review and be ready to answer the following questions during our onboarding meeting:

Business & Brand Overview

Share Your Brand Assets

At the end of our onboarding call, we’ll share a Google Drive link with you. We ask that you upload any and all marketing materials, logos, photos, team headshots, videos, brochures, past campaigns—anything you have that can help us better represent your brand and hit the ground running.

This folder will serve as our shared resource hub as we start building your campaigns, content, and strategy.
